In person

You are welcome to visit our head office and speak with our Services Delivery Coordinator. Please endeavour to phone ahead to confirm her availability.

You are welcome to provide your feedback/concern to your Support Worker and/or Activities Worker. They will record your feedback/concern and provide the details to the Services Coordinator for follow-up.
