Business Manager Case Management – Taryn Duncan

With 15 years of experience in aged care and 13 of those dedicated to All About Living, Taryn has built an inspiring career grounded in her deep passion for helping others. Starting as a support worker, Taryn’s journey has been one of consistent growth and dedication. Her experience spans roles in residential aged care, community-based disability care, group activities, case management, and program management, ultimately leading her to her current position as HCP Business Manager.

Taryn’s commitment to empowering individuals to live independently at home is the driving force behind her work. She thrives on connecting clients with the services they need, ensuring their care is personalised and impactful. Her extensive background has given her a unique understanding of the sector, making her an invaluable leader at All About Living. Taryn’s passion for making a meaningful difference continues to inspire her colleagues and enrich the lives of her clients.

HCP Case Manager – Jenny Sibraa

Jenny has been an integral part of All About Living for 18 years, beginning her journey as a Support Worker in 2006. Over the years, Jenny has built strong relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to high-quality care. Since 2018, Jenny has brought her wealth of experience and passion to her role as a Case Manager, specialising in Home Care Packages. She takes pride in creating personalised care plans that empower clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Jenny’s dedication to tailoring services to meet the unique needs of each individual stems from her deep understanding of the importance of person-centred care. She is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to listen and respond to her clients’ evolving needs.

Jenny’s long-standing commitment to making a difference continues to positively impact the lives of many in her community.

HCP Case Manager – Karen Johnston

Karen has been a dedicated member of the All About Living team for nine years, bringing warmth, compassion, and expertise to her work. She began her journey as a Support Worker and Activity Officer, where she played a key role in facilitating engaging activities for All About Living’s community groups. Now, as a Case Manager specialising in Home Care Packages, Karen oversees client care and support services, ensuring that every individual receives the attention and assistance they need to thrive. Her passion lies in making every client feel truly valued and supported, and she takes great pride in building meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life.

Karen’s ability to listen, understand, and respond to her clients’ needs reflects her deep commitment to person-centred care. Her dedication and positive approach have made a lasting impact on the lives of many within the All About Living community.

HCP Case Manager – Rochell Robertson

Rochell brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as an HCP Case Manager at All About Living, where she has been making a difference for 2.5 years. With a background spanning over 20 years in the dental industry before qualifying as a nurse, Rochell transitioned into community care after realising her true calling lay outside the hospital environment.

Rochell is driven by her desire to build trust and connection with clients, advocating for their needs and working collaboratively towards positive outcomes. She takes great pride in establishing meaningful relationships with clients and their families, helping to improve their lives by resolving issues, suggesting options, and supporting change.

 Known for her approachable nature and sense of humour, Rochell ensures her clients receive the best care possible by staying engaged and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams when needed. She truly loves her work and the difference it makes.

HCP Case Manager – Rosie Goodhew

Rosie has been a dedicated member of the All About Living team for three years, bringing her warmth and problem-solving skills to the role of HCP Case Manager. Starting in reception, Rosie quickly embraced the challenges of aged care before transitioning to NDIS Case Management and finally finding her passion in Home Care Packages.

With a background in Graphic Art and the life experience of raising four boys, Rosie brings a unique perspective to her role. She thrives on creating meaningful connections with clients and helping them navigate their care with compassion and practicality.

Rosie loves hearing the life stories of the people she supports, describing it as both a privilege and a joy. Whether arranging services or offering a listening ear, she’s motivated by the impact her work has on clients and their families.
