Monday 10 March 2025 | Service Update Following Recent Weather Events
We hope you are staying safe and well during this challenging time. We would like to provide an update on the current status of our services following the recent weather events.
Our Aspley Head Office will reopen on Tuesday, 11 March, with our office staff returning to work. If you need support or have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 1300 503 886. Our team will also continue to reach out directly to confirm or reschedule services where needed.
Due to ongoing flooding and power outages in some areas, we will be providing reduced services, prioritising nursing, personal care, and social support services. We aim to resume full services by the end of the week, depending on conditions, and will continue to provide regular updates.
Please note that all AAL Groups activities are cancelled until further notice.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your safety and well-being are our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to provide services as safely as possible.

Office Closure and Service Updates
In response to the Severe Weather Alert for South East Queensland, All About Living will be closing its offices from 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, and will reopen at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 11 March 2025.
Due to the impending crossing of Cyclone Alfred, All About Living has cancelled all services on Saturday, 8 March. Essential services will be provided on Sunday, 9 March, and Monday, 10 March, provided it is safe to do so. This decision follows government and emergency guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and participants. All other non-essential services have either been cancelled or rescheduled where possible.

Group Activities Cancellation:
Please note that all AAL Group Activities have been cancelled until further notice. We understand this may be inconvenient, but the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

We will continue to monitor the weather conditions and any associated risks closely. Our team will be checking phones and email messages regularly, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
Essential services will continue, and we will work to resume all other services by Tuesday. Please be patient with us during this period as we make the necessary adjustments to ensure everyone’s safety.
