What Is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible Australians with permanent and significant disability. The NDIS helps you access supports and services that build capacity, promote independence, and improve quality of life.
You are eligible for the NDIS if you:
Are under 65 years of age when you apply
Have a permanent and significant disability
Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
NDIS funding is based on individual needs. You work with a planner to set goals and develop a plan, which outlines your supports and budget.

Nursing and Health Supports
Medication prompting and health monitoring
