As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards and sustainability, we are announcing an important update to our fee schedule for 2024. This change, effective from 1 July 2024, is essential to continue delivering the quality care our clients expect and deserve.
Reasons for the Change
Each year, we conduct thorough reviews of our fees to account for cost-of-living changes and trends within the home care sector. This is essential to maintain the high standards of care our clients expect. Recently, we have faced rising operational costs, changes in government funding, and the need to comply with updated regulations. Despite our best efforts to absorb these costs, the current financial situation necessitates an adjustment in our fee structure.
