This is where you can find and access the government-funded services you need. You can see what services are available to help you stay in your own home, or what to expect in an aged care home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Get assessed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve had a look at what services might be available and you want to know if you are eligible, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myagedcare.gov.au\/assessment\">this is your next step<\/a>.
